When you send us a request for information regarding a specific date you will receive by email a confirmation that the date and time of your activity are available, so you will have 24 hours to send us your deposit if not the date will still be considered as available for another group. Once your deposit is received and registered, we will send you a confirmation letter with all the details of your day.
We will refund your deposit if it rains or if there are poor sailing conditions on the lake that could endanger your safety on the day of your activity. The decision is made 3 hours before your departure by the captain who uses more than 5 weather reference sites before making his decision. If you cancel on your own your deposit is non-refundable. It is possible to postpone your activity to a later date by submitting a written notice to us 30 days before the date of the activity, if no replacement date is available, we will refund you.
